UI Changes
Hi everyone, You may have noticed that the UI has changed quite a bit over the time. I am actvly working on improving the UI and style of the Network (obviously I m going to keep the color scheme), but I myself have found multiple points where I think we can do much better UI work. To not only Improve the usability but generally make everything a bit more modern and sophisticated. The latest UI changes: - Removing "My assingments" page and fusing it with notifications ( avaiable when you click on your profile-> My ops) - Overworked colors and arrangement of the sidebar - Overworked Welcome Page with diffrent animation and layout - Overworked Profile pop up section, including: "My ops", change Account functionalty, Heartbeat animation, click trigger area is now all over this area (means also the heartbeat and no only the profilename or the profile picture) - General Improvement for all pages NOTE: This is still in the working, meaning its not perfect on every asspect of the Network, so please be advised that some may look weird or not perfect for now. Introducing: Custom Gadgets
Hey everyone!!! I am happy to roll out a new feature that opens up a lot of new possibilities for the ORACLE Network. You can now integrate your Gadgets (aslong as they have a microcontroler with UART or BLE support) directly into the ORACLE-Network! For that, I wrote a custom Library which works for either CircuitPython or Arduino. The Library is on GitHub, togethr with a Guide on how to implement it. You ll find a link to the GitHub Repository on the Gadget Page. I hope you enjoy the new hardware capabilities! If you have any feedback or build any cool new gadgets, feel free to reach out (also ofc if you run into any trouble). FYI: I have removed the Email notifications due to malfunctions, and I am reconsidering it, since it could feel like spam. Also the Discord Integration is also under reconstruction. Chemistry 101
Hi everyone! For those who already spotted the new section in the training area, i can now officially annouce that the first element of the crime scene simulator has been added!! It is about reconstructing a DNA or creating an antidote using synthetic building blocks. But keep the stats of your mixture in mind! You dont want your antidote to be toxic... This is the first mini game of the crime scene simulation and i already have a few more ideas, so stay tuned! Stay safe. - Nic
Privacy & Vault Management
Hey everyone!!! A major platform update has rolled out across the Oracle Network. Global Visibility System: All core intelligence records (Case Files, Evidence, Criminals, Organizations, Allies, and Alerts) now support a visibility setting: Private (only you), Team (your team members), or Public (all operatives). You're in full control of who sees your data. Personal Vault File Management: My Drive now supports in-browser editing of text files (code, markdown, configs, and more), with changes saved directly to the cloud. You can also delete files and folders to keep your vault clean and organized. All vault data is fully persisted to your profile in the database — nothing is ever lost between sessions. Also, there has been some new text fields in you profile (for a bit more personalization)! Until then, keep it going, Operatives! - Nic
Introducing: Combat System (In continous developement) & Landing page
Hello everyone! I am happy to introduce the official combat system for the ORACLE Network. It is still a prototype but will give you a good idea on how combat will work when you get dispatched to a mission where fighting is required. Currently, the combat system is *only* avaiable through: Sidebar-> Personal -> Training. From there you can make some adjustments to your training session. Also, you may have noticed that the network access got an overhaul with an offical landing page. This should help new users to get to know the Network and actually test it using the Demo account. Upgraded Personal Workspace
Hey everyone! I am happy to roll out a new feature and something I m still working on but will hopefully be finished soon and on top of that I also reimaged the Criminal Databse, which is now called profile Databse, but there is more to it so please check it out for yourself ;). The new feature includes your very own personal Drive system (like Google Drive, OneDrive etc.). To access it you simply navigate to: "Personal Vault" There you have a basic file structure where you can upload and store stuff. Note: Your created Cases, evidence and Projects will also stored in this Drive, you can find them in the respective folders. Another new feature that currently is still in testing is: Email notification. Why? Well, this can easily get you notified on the newest updates on cases, features, crimes etc. But no worries you can easily turn them off inside your profile settings. I hope you enjoy the new features! If you have any feedback, feel free to reach out - Nic PS: For all detectives out there, the GCPD feed is now automated, this means New cases get generated all 3h! however they will reset after a while ot prevent overflowing.
Domain Info
Hey everyone, Just a short announcement that our domain (oracle-network.tech) has been offically approved by both ZSCALER and FortiNet (FortiGuard). These are two of the biggest companys managing web filtering. This is actually a huge honor to me, and also gives us some positive reputation history. What this actually means: It means you should now be able to access the network from this domain from anyhwere, even from your school or enterprise network. February feature Update!!
Hi everyone, I ve been working on some new features. But first I wanna apologize for the lack of updates. This project really grew on me, but this half year will be very stressful for me personally, so i beg you to be patient. I promise not to drop this project. Thank you all! New features: - Terminal now dispalys objective - New locations, Passwords etc. accessable through the terminal - AI Assitent in "Help" window - GCPD Feed, this is EXCLUSSIVE for Detectives. The idea is that Operators with this role sort out and escalate Cases to the Vigilantes etc. Thats it for now. I am also working on an integration with my Discord Server that is currently in preparation. As soon as its finished I will let you'll know. 1st advent - Patch!
Hi everyone, The first advent has just passed, and with it, the Christmas season officially begins! We didn't have much time for big updates, but we were able to implement a few changes, bug fixes, and quality-of-life updates that we think you'll appreciate. New Features: - Added "What's New" section on the welcome page. - Added tutorials to the help section. Bug Fixes: - Fixed multiple occuring errors for admins and developers. Quality-of-Life Updates: - New backend engine, faster loading times, smoother UI etc. - Better visible background grid. - changes info button to a hovering badge in the bottom right corner. - multiple small detail changes in design on multiple pages (e. g.
